In line with current consumer protection legislation you may cancel an order within seven days.
If your order has been dispatched you will need to send the item back to us un-opened.
Once the item has been returned to us, we will refund you the amount that you paid for the order minus our costs to ship it out to you.
Please note that before dispatch all items are checked to ensure that there fault or damage.
Faulty Items
If the product is faulty, please send a full description of the fault to info@amberjeweller.com and return it in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
All returned products are checked and will be returned to you if they are found to not be faulty.

If you are returning an item due to a mistake on our part, we will happy to refund the cost of returning the item to us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
