1. All prices, descriptions and delivery details are correct as of 1st January 2007. Amber Jeweller reserve the right to change any details without prior notice. We will make these details known to our customers at the time of order.
2. Due to the fact that most of our products are hand-made, Goods is subject to slight colour, shape or design variation. Colour, weight and shape may slightly differ from the products hosted on our website or CD catalogue as a result of original piece of amber (in jewellery) or other materials used.
Amber Jeweller accept NO responsibility for colour or design interpretation based on product descriptions.
3. Amber Jeweller reserve the right to make product and service changes with no prior notice. The customers will be informed of such changes at time of order.
4. Payment in the form of Nochex payments are available online.
All goods are property of Amber Jeweller until paid in full by the Buyer.
5. Deliveries of orders of £250 or over to UK mainland is free. Otherwise carriage is subject to local carriage costs.
5. Collections and returns (UK mainland only) from customer address to SPS Associates are to be paid by the customer both directions. In case of delivery of incorrect or faulty goods, return is paid by Amber Jeweller.
6. It is the Customer.s responsibility to provide us with correct delivery address to ensure problem-free delivery, including correct house or building number and postcode. Any special instructions (if any) should be clearly indicated.
Failure to provide us with this can cause problems and the Customer will be liable for any costs incurred when retrieving the correct information/lost product.
7. All breakages, shortages, returns or damages are being credited, rather than replaced, against next order. We do not as a rule issue credit notes. A note is made against your record and this will be applied against the next order.
8. We advise that all buyers inspect the goods so as to check possible breakages and/or defects immediately on receipt and make a written report to SPS Associates within seven days. No complaints accepted after this period. Amber Jeweller cannot be held liable for late or damaged deliveries that occurred due to Carrier.s fault. Whilst we will dispatch the goods, the costs are for buyers account and we will simply be the arranging agent. All items will be sent by Royal mail .sign for. and unique tracking numbers can be supplied to customers for tracking purposes.
9. Privacy. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.
Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
10. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.
